Connecting sites to OCPI integrations

You can connect the existing sites and chargers to OCPI integrations with a couple of clicks! After you have created an integration, you can add an existing site by linking it to an OCPI location. This can be done easily by following the steps after clicking "Add" from the Locations tab under the selected integration.

Required fields for sites and chargers​

OCPI sets some requirements for the data to allow the integration to work as expected.

Site​

Site must have the following information set to be successfully added to an OCPI integration:

  • Address
  • City
  • Country
  • Coordinates
  • Timezone

Charger​

Charger must have the following information set to be successfully added to an OCPI integration:

  • Evse ID
  • "Split Evse By Socket" should be on if charger has multiple sockets
  • Socket type
  • Socket format
  • Socket power type
  • Socket max voltage
  • Socket max amperage

Required socket information has to exist for every socket.
