Import drivers

Drivers can be imported to Connect using Excel from More > Import > Drivers. You must provide the data you want to import in the correct format, Excel template can be downloaded during the first step of the import wizard.

Columns

Following columns are supported in the Excel template:

  • Name
    • Name of the driver. Required.
  • RFID tag
    • Unique RFID, which the driver can use to start charging with. Required.
  • RFID name
    • Name for the RFID. Optional.
  • Start date
    • Start date for when the RFID will become valid. Leave empty if you don't need a start time for validity. Must be in Excel date format. Optional.
  • Expiration date
    • Expiration date when the RFID will become invalid. Leave empty for no expiration. Must be in Excel date format. Optional.
  • Charger access
    • If you want to grant drivers specific charger access, you can provide charger id here. Optional.

Site access & home site

Once the previously mentioned data has been read from Excel and validated, the import wizard will ask you to define the home site and site access for the imported drivers. All drivers will receive the same home site and site access. If you need to give different home site and site accesses to different drivers, please use multiple Excel files.
