Connectors
Connectors link eMabler Connect with the systems your organisation already runs — billing platforms, CRMs, ERPs — so EV charging operates as part of the rest of your stack instead of a silo.
Each connector is a managed, event-driven integration. Customers, contracts, and accounting points stay in your source-of-truth system, while chargers, drivers, sites, tokens, and sessions stay in eMabler Connect. The two systems exchange data automatically so onboarding, access management, billing, and reporting all work without manual handoffs.
Available connectors
The child pages below cover what each connector does, who it's for, what's included, and how to set it up.
-
Utility Cloud Connector — for energy companies and utilities billing EV charging in Utility Cloud.
More connectors will be added over time. If you'd like one prioritised for your stack, reach out to your eMabler contact.
How a connector is enabled
A connector is activated per customer by the eMabler integration team during onboarding. Once enabled, you manage it from the Integrations section of Connect, where every connector exposes the same three tabs:
-
Details — connection status, identifiers, and the API key the external system uses to call eMabler.
-
Advanced settings — site mapping, validation rules, and connection details specific to the integration.
-
Logs — a searchable, time-filtered log of every request between the two systems, useful for troubleshooting and audit.
For the underlying APIs, see the eMabler API v2 reference.
