Objective

The “tune it” phase is where the actual migration occurs, and the system is fine-tuned for optimal performance. This phase ensures all components are functioning correctly and the system is ready for live operation.

Tasks and Actions

Test Charger migration

Conduct migration tests on one charger per manufacturer to ensure data integrity and update the charger firmware according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

Test Site migration

Perform a full migration test of one site, containing only one charger manufacturer. If you are using several charger manufacturers, we recommend doing a Site migration per charger manufacturer in the beginning. If you have sites with a mix of manufacturers, we recommend doing them later when you have tested each manufacturer individually.

Execute Migration Plan

Follow the migration plan meticulously, ensuring all data is cleaned and structured correctly.

Migrate complete site data

Perform a full migration of site data, including chargers and users.

Troubleshooting and Update charger firmware

Update the charger firmware according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and troubleshoot any issues.
