Request diagnostics

You can initiate a diagnostics request for charger under Charger > Actions > Request diagnostics. You will need a FTP server or some other similar mechanism that the charger supports to initiate diagnostics file transfer to. Provide the URL of the destination location for diagnostics file in Connect. After that, diagnostics request will be sent to the charger and you can follow "last message" to see if the charger started diagnostics upload to the destination.
