This release brings support for adjusting DLM behavior based on State of Charge (SOC) available on the EVs using the site. You can now direct more current to the vehicles which need it the most in sites with very limited current available.
SOC optimization
SOC (State of Charge) optimization needs to be enabled from the DLM settings. SOC optimization requires that the chargers send State of Charge meter values.
DLM now floors the high-SoC session's request down to the minimum. The freed current then flows to the held-back sessions through the normal fair-share redistribution.

The EV's state of charge is at or above the threshold (default 80%), and

Another session in the same DLM group is currently being held back (i.e. the site is contended and someone is getting less than they asked for).

You can now add and replace roles for operators in bulk.
