Update: Database maintenance
On April 22nd 2026 we had a scheduled maintenance window which was reserved for a database update. We are happy to inform that the maintenance was successful and the issues risen from the database changes have also now been mitigated. After the maintenance we noticed some degraded performance on certain services, especially API v1, which may have caused some of our customers who were using these services some issues. We have been tackling these issues as soon as they have been surfaced and we thank you all for the patience in these cases. If you still do encounter problems, please don’t hesistate to contact us through our Support Center.
Reminder about API v1 deprecation
We will be discontinuing API v1 in September 2026 due to API v2 replacing it. API v1 won't be receiving any updates or bug fixes from now on as we will be focusing our development efforts completely towards API v2. We strongly recommend starting to prioritize migration from API v1 to API v2 as soon as possible, so possible issues can be accounted for as quickly as possible.
If you need help with migration to API v2, please contact our customer support. Also, if you're unsure if you're using the API v1, don't hesitate to contact us.
What’s next?
This database maintenance has been on our roadmap for many months due to it having huge implications for us on how to move forwards. Thanks to this successful maintenance, we can now scale our services more easily. It also provides us tools which help us create more performant API endpoints and more versatile functionality on the platform as a whole. Next we will be spending some time on finding possible places to optimize to improve our API and platform performance.
We at eMabler are focusing on continuously improving the platform and are thankful for all the support and feedback we have received in the past months. If you have ideas or suggestions in regards of the functionality or new features on our platform, do not hesitate to let us know.
