Charger management
Connect has been built especially for making charger management as easy as possible. With Connect you are able to solve most of the charger related problems completely remote without the need of visiting the site physically.
You can manage charger in Chargers or Sites > Chargers in Connect.
Charger actions
You can do multiple remote actions, like reboots on the charger level. These actions affect on all sockets
Socket actions
On top of charger-level remote actions, you can also do some actions directly to sockets. Remote actions for sockets include for example remote starts and stops.
